Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location. A temporary road closure is required on Main Street, Swithland from 8th June 2020 for 2 days.

Children's Play Area in Woodland adajcent to the Sports Field


There has been a Children's Play area created in the woodlands adjacent to the sports field on Parish Council land.

As a Parish Council we would like to inform the public that this has not been assembled by professionals nor under the instructions of the Council.

Anyone using the play area is doing so at their own risk.

Due to Covid-19 Woodhouse Parish Council & King George's Field Charity have closed all 3 Halls, Public Toilets and Play Area until further notice.

The Tennis Courts and Sports Court will also be closed from today.
