Scarecrow Festival

Sunday, 07 Oct 2018 11:00 until 4 pm. Follow the scarecrow trail around Woodhouse Eaves. The guide costs £2.50 with proceeds mainly to Woodhouse Eaves Scout Group. The Annexe will host Aunt Sally's cafe and there is a craft fair in the village hall.

From 10 to 4 the Broombriggs Community Orchard on Beacon Road will celebrate apples - apple pressing, a bake off, apple games and music and your bring your own picnic. Bring your own apples and a juice bottle and watch the apple press fill it up.

Wednesday 26 September at 7.30 pm Village Hall, Main Street - Churchill has no choice but to shine in the country's darkest hour. Winner of 2 Oscars and a Bafta, this film has had great reviews. Lasts 2 hours. Tickets £4 with light refreshments.
