Main Street roadworks due to start 7 August

Severn Trent Water will soon start pipe renewal along the full length of Main Street, section by section, during August. Expect traffic lights, delays, and some access problems. Loading and waiting will be restricted but complete closure will be rare, if at all. There is a diversion route if you want to avoid delays.

Housing needs survey

It is five years since Charnwood BC with the help of a rural housing association carried out a survey of parish housing needs. The Parish Council approved the survey. The previous one was in 2014, so this will update it. All the information is confidential to the housing team at Charnwood and when they join it to their waiting list, will tell us how many we might need in the coming years.

Bonfires!
